A South Carolina Deputy Tased His Own Dog After It Bit a Cow

Now here's how it went down. According to WCBD TV in Charleston, SC, a Georgetown County sheriff's deputy was called to the scene of a reported burglary around 4:00 in the afternoon last Wednesday.
The deputy arrived with his K9 deputy, which promptly became distracted by a nearby cow.
The dog then bit the cow.
The sheriff's deputy then tased his own dog, hoping to de-escalate the situation.
The cow, spooked by the whole thing, then kicked the deputy. It also kicked the property owner.
The deputy and property owner reportedly suffered minor injuries. The dog quickly recovered from being tased.
And the burglary? False alarm.
