Micky Dolenz and Todd Rundgren taking part in Beatles "White Album" tribute tour
An eclectic group of artists are coming together for a fall U.S. tour paying tribute to The Beatles' classic 1968 self-titled album, also known as The White Album.
The tour has been named "It Was Fifty Years Ago Today -- Tour 2019," and will kick off September 21. The tour will feature The Monkees' Micky Dolenz, Todd Rundgren, Christopher Cross, Joey Molland of Badfinger and ex-Chicago singer Jason Scheff.
At the concerts, the artists will perform select songs from the Fab Four's classic double album, as well as memorable tunes from their own careers.
